Instructions to Build Flying Fish

Take a strip of paper about 150 X 15 mm. With a pair of scissors make two cuts halfway across the strip and about one sixth of the length of the strip from the ends
Bend the strip around in a loop and cross the loop over at the point where you made the cuts. Insert the cuts into each other so that the strip makes a fish shape.

Experiment with different size fish to see how fast and how slow you can make them spin!
